Accepting: Skis, Snowboards, Boots, Poles, Jackets, Mid-layers (Fleece, Sweaters, Vests), Pants, Packs, Racks and Snow sports luggage


Here are the rules...

1. Equipment can't be older than 10 years.

2. Only 50 items per consignor, bring your best items to sell.

3. All items have to be in sellable condition and clean.

4. Clothing sizes 3T- adult XXL.

5. Items have to be relevant for snow sports.

6. Items are subject to refusal. *

7. Items cannot be removed once consigned.

8. Prices cannot be changed once consigned.

9. Please indicate if you are donating your unsold items. Indicating that you will donate your unsold items tells us not to expect you at pickup.

10. Commission is 20% (Consignor keeps 80% issued via check or may choose 100% Pro-Fit Ski store credit for the entire amount of sale. Whitetail Ski Patrol will still receive 20%).

11. Consignors are required to print their sales tags at home, tag their items and then drop their sellable goods off on Friday Nov 18th or Saturday Nov 19th.

12. Consignor is responsible for picking up unsold items. Unsold items must be picked up on Sunday, Nov 19, 2023, 3-5 pm only.

13. Any consignment items unclaimed by 5pm will be donated.

14. You will receive your check or store credit within 2 weeks of the sale. Store credit will not be available on the day of the event.

15. SKI BINDING CHECK: All ski bindings will be checked against the ski industry’s 2023 list of supported ski bindings when checked into the sale. The manufacturers stop supporting some bindings after a few years because they can start to fail and jeopardize skier safety. Therefore, ski shop technicians are not allowed to adjust the bindings because they don’t want to jeopardize skier safety either. The Whitetail Ski Patrol seeks to support skier safety by preventing the sale of unsupported bindings at the Swap that customers will not be able to have adjusted or used safely.

* NOT ACCEPTING: Straight skis, rear entry boots, boots with worn out soles, hats, gloves, helmets and goggles, items too worn, old, dirty/too stained, long underwear or base layers.
