Terms of Service: As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following: All items are in good working condition and are ready for resale. Consignor will receive 70% of the total sales if the consignor wants a check payment issued. Consignor can receive 90% of the total sale in store credit at Mountain to Sound Outfitters. Consignor will make arrangements to pick up any unsold items after the sale. All items unsold will be picked up no later that 5pm on Sunday October 18th. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. Your check will be available for pick up at Mountain to Sound Outfitters one week after the sale. Proprietors of the sale or the location will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft.
