Terms of Service:


As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:



  1. All items are in good condition, free of rips, stains, tears and are ready for resale.

    2. Skates should be connected (with twine or ties, at least 2' long) to prevent separation.
  2. All items unsold on the last day of the sale will be marked down by 25% unless the Red X checkbox was marked in the database. Once an item has been checked in, this can not be changed.

  3. Consignor will receive 80% of the proceeds from the sale of each item sold.

  4. Consignor will pay a fee of $1 per sale to defer postage and administration costs.

  5. Consignor will make arrangements to pick up any unsold items immediately after the sale. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.

  6. Your check will be mailed approximately one week after the sale.

  7. Proprietors of the sale or the location will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft.
