As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:
All items are in good condition, free of rips, stains and tears and are ready for resale. All clothing items are tagged, on hangers, and garment bags removed, as required. Jewelry should be in a box, on jewelry cards, or in Ziploc bags to prevent separation.
Consignor will have the option for unsold items to be marked down by 25% the last day of the sale.
Consignor will receive 65% of the proceeds from the sale of each item sold or 75% if they volunteer for at least one volunteer shift.
A Consignor Fee of $10.00 is due in order to confirm your spot as a consignor, which must be paid in CASH when you drop off your items.
Consignor will make arrangements to pick up any unsold items after the sale during the scheduled pick up times. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity.
Your profits will be paid via check, which will be mailed to you within 14 days of completion of the sale.
Proprietors of the sale or the location will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service. |
