As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:
The sale will be accepting both formal and semi-formal gowns. All gowns must be in current fashion, free from odors, pet hair, stains or other damage. Consignors set their own prices and print/tag their own dresses straight from the website. We recommend pricing at 30-40% of original price depending on condition. Please clean the dress, then fasten all pieces together and bring inside a garment bag if at all possible.
A donation of $5 (dresses up to $99) and $10 (dresses over $99) will be charged at drop-off. NEW for this year, the MAX drop off fee/donation will be $10 per consignor. We will accept cash (preferred), Venmo, PayPal or credit card (2% processing fee for Venmo/PayPal and 3% for credit) will be added). The drop off donation is to help offset sale expenses such as advertising and website/overhead fees. If you would like a non-profit donation receipt, please ask when you drop off your gown(s). For dresses that sell, FCPTO will retain 40% of the selling price, and seller will receive 60%.
Consignor must check the website periodically during the active sale times to see if your gown(s) sold and agrees to pick up unsold dresses and/or checks between 3:00-4:00pm on Saturday, 12/30. Any unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. If you do not pick up your check on 12/30 between 3:00-4:00, your check will be mailed to the address on file approximately one week after the sale ends.
Floyd Central High School, NAFCS and/or Floyd Central HS PTO shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft.
