As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:




    1. Only downhill snow sports equipment will be accepted. Both new and used skis,snowboards, poles, bindings are accepted. Only new clothing or helmets with tags attached will be accepted. All items must be in good, sellable condition.
    2. All boots and bindings must conform to current DIN/ISO standards. Binding information is available at www.skibum.net/do-it-up/gear-guide/indemnified-bindings/. Swap personnel will assist at check in.
    3. Any items not picked up between 5-8 the evening of the sale will be donated to a charity.
    4. The MHSP swap staff have the sole authority to refuse any product
