As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:
- I have reviewed the latest list of recalled children's products and toys (see product category) at www.cpsc.gov and will make sure that I do not knowingly include any items on this list in the sale.
- All items are in good condition, free of rips, stains and tears and are ready for resale. All clothing except maternity is on children's hangers as required. Onesies should be in Ziploc bags. Shoes should be connected or in Ziploc bags to prevent separation. All car seats are unexpired and include proof of expiration date visibly placed on the seat itself.
- All items unsold the last day of the sale will be marked down by 50% unless the Red X checkbox was marked in the database.
- Item prices at checkout will be determined by barcode scan. In the event that an item does not scan, price will be determined by the item's printed tag. No handwritten edits to tags will be accepted.
- Please attach tags securely. If an item is missing its tag, sale volunteers will search the database to identify the item based on item description. If the item cannot be identified, it will be pulled from the sale floor and be available for pick up in the lost and found area at the end of the sale.
- Consignor will receive 60% of the proceeds from the sale of each item sold if they enter items themselves.
- There is no fee for consigning with us.
- Consignor will make arrangements to pick up any unsold items during the designated time after the sale. All unclaimed items will be donated to a local charity. All items with a white sale tag will be donated.
- Your check will be mailed 4-6 weeks after the sale. There is a $5 minimum for checks, no check will be mailed if it is less than $5. The amount will be a donation to Hannah Circle charities.
- Proprietors of the sale or the location will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft.
