As a consignor to the Consignment Sale, I agree to the following:
I have reviewed the latest list of recalled children's products and toys at (see product category) www.cpsc.gov and will make sure that I do not knowingly include any items on this list in the sale.
All items are in good condition, free of rips, stains and tears and are ready for resale. Shoes are ziptied together and in Ziploc bags, if size allows, to prevent separation.
All items unsold the last day of the sale will be marked down by 50% if the Discount checkbox was marked in the database.
Consignor will receive 67% of the proceeds from the sale of each item sold.
I, as the consignor, will make arrangements to pick up any of my unsold items during the time frame specified after the sale. Any unclaimed items within this time frame will be donated to a local charity.
I agree to read and follow all directions when tagging my items. I acknowledge that I have not included any of the items not allowed at this sale, and I understand that ABC Kids' Consignment Sale has the right to return or dispose of those items and anything else they deem inappropriate before, during, or after the sale, regardless of whether it is marked Donate.
I understand that I must consign at least 15 items in order to participate in this sale.
I understand that any items that I mark Donate may be sold at the Consignor's Only Dollar Dash for Charity. I will not receive any of the percentage from those sales, because all the money earned in the Dollar Dash will be donated to charity.
I understand that it is up to the discretion of the consignment sale owners where, when, and how donated items are used/donated.
I understand that checks will be mailed approximately two weeks after the sale.
Proprietors of the sale or the location will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the items from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to flood, fire, or theft. I have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
