Spring/Summer Sale March 22 - 23!!!
REMINDERS TO CONSIGNORS:
1) Items must be entered by TUESDAY, March 19th at 11:59 pm. You can still print your tags after midnight but you can NOT edit or add any other items.
***Don't forget you MUST print your tags on WHITE cardstock. Our scanners will not scan colored paper and your item will not be sold.
2)You must join a Drop-off time before you can start entering items. Please try to make it on time to your appointment or you will have to be re-assigned a new appointment.
3) A Tip on inventory management: Our system DOES NOT limit you to only 200 items at a time. HOWEVER, you can only bring 200 items to EACH SALE. You can make any item "Inactive" by unchecking the A next to each item that you enter. This only makes that item Inactive for the UPCOMING sale and WILL NOT ( I repeat .. WILL NOT) delete that item from the system. It only deletes that item from the next sale.- For example: you may have a snowsuit still in the system from our 2023 FALL/WINTER sale that did not sell, and you want to try to list it AGAIN at our NEXT FALL/ WINTER sale in 2024. In order to be able to list the full 200 items at our upcoming SPRING/ SUMMER sale in March, you will have to make that item "inactive" for the time being by unclicking the A next to it (Make sure you hit save, first!!!)
- Fast forward to FALL 2024....When you are ready to find it again, simply search "ALL ITEMS" from the drop-down menu at the top of the "ADD ITEMS" page. Voila! Reclick the A to add it back to your list of active inventory.
Thank you for consigning with us! And don't forget to volunteer! You'll get to shop early! 5:30 on Thursday night for 8 hr volunteers and 6:00 for 4hr volunteers!!! **Don't forget...no children or babies at our pre-sale event.**
