Consignment of tagged goods: DROP OFF SCHEDULE:
FRI, NOV 13, 3:00 - 7:00 pm. Please use this time for drop-off.
SAT, NOV 14, 8-9am
CONSIGNORS READ ALL OF THIS PLEASE AND PRINT IF NECESSARY.
Please have your sale tickets already made and on your items.
Print and bring an inventory sheet "listing Items" for us to check you in.
To print your inventory sheet:
click - "List Items" page.
At top of page select "PRINT" and print listed items.
LIST ITEMS page is where you will also find what sold and did not sell.
Please wait until at least 2pm to start looking.
at top of page look at "Group" and select "Items Sold or Items Available"
We will check your items in, make sure boots are tied together (string provided), poles are taped or rubber banded, etc.
Pickup unsold items: SAT, NOV 14, 3:00-4:00 pm only.
We leave the building, all items not picked up are considered donations,we do not store unsold items.
Consignors will receive 80% of price for each sold item.
Checks will be issued within 2 weeks of sale.
Please read thru what are acceptable products, and terms of consigning.
Please make sure you can pick up unsold items during the designated time.
TAGS: use 8.5 x11" only WHITE paper, heavy index paper #65 weight.
To make it easier to find your items for pickup, put a special mark or something on your tags
(do not cover barcode).
**PRINT THIS INFORMATION FOR REFERENCE WHILE MAKING TAGS**
Your consignor number is: the first & last initials of your name + last 4 digits of phone #.
Password is assigned...please put this information someplace on your phone to remember.
fill in consignor ID & password... click "login".
on left side of page CLICK "Add Items"
*Fill in template for sale tags.
ITEM NAME: type a clear description of item in case of lost/missing tag.
brand name - what is item? ie. Jacket/pants/baselayer, etc. + color of item
ex. Rossignol strata w/look binding red/blk design
GENDER: pick from a drop down menu of choices
SIZE / AGE: type in. ex. 160 (size of skis or boards) 5T for toddler, S =small, M=med etc.
TYPE: pick from a drop down menu of choices:clothing, snowboard w/bindings, accessories, etc.
PRICE: type in even dollar amounts $5 minimum price/default price.
DONATE: check this column if you are NOT picking up your items.
Each template page holds 18 listings... and prints 6 tags / per 8.5 x 11" sheet of white paper.
When you finish filling a page of items for sale....
AT BOTTOM OF PAGE THESE CHOICES APPEAR
CLICK - "ADD ITEMS" if you do not want to print at this moment.
CLICK - "ADD ITEMS and PRINT" if you are ready to print those tags.
**DO NOT PRESS SAVE / ENTER / or LEAVE PAGE,
any of these actions will cause you to lose what you have just typed.
BRING (2) “PRINT ITEMS LIST” for drop-off. (go to "LIST ITEMS" page,
at top of page HOVER OVER - "PRINT" box, "print listed items")
These sheets are used to check your items into swap.
Do not bring any boxes with your items (goggles, boots), leave them at home.
Tags have to be securely attached to items...not to boxes.
NO bundle items ie. skis & poles or googles & helmets...price and tag everything separately.
TAGGING APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Make your white tags and apply to merchandise at home before drop off.
Use safety pins to attach tags to clothing.
Use plastic bags (provided at drop-off site) to attach tags to equipment ie. skis, boots, boards.
Use loose string to keep pairs of boots together (provided at drop-off site)
Please bring your clothes on hangers if you can, if not use hangers at drop-off site.
